We hand-select properties based on their fit with the overall Venya portfolio - unique, luxurious, attractive, secure, comfortable, and well-located. 100s of additional data points to shortlist any venya home.
It depends. Some properties we rent ourselves for their character, location, and charm. Other properties are the owners' secondary home that is typically vacant most of the year. Either way, we always make sure that the location meets our checklist of brand compliance and comfort before we open its doors to travellers.

Most of our bookings are instantly confirmed. In a case where it happens otherwise, you can expect a confirmation call or email within a few hours. If you have any questions, our concierge team is available to assist you.
We want to make your arrival experience as seamless as possible and in order to do so, we need to get some paperwork completed before you arrive, including collecting a picture of a government issued id and, yes, a selfie. We do this to verify identity and ensure the safety of our guests in all of our homes.
  • In compliance to the Government security regulations, every adult Guest, coming to reside at rented property as result of rental arrangements, is mandatorily required to provide verifiable copies of government issued photo IDs, along with original photo IDs for verification as well as copy copies of photo IDs of entire Party, at least 15 days before check-in.
  • Guests shall enter name, address and other details of every member, including children, in the Guest Register kept at Property.

You will be charged for the entire stay, including tax, at the time of purchase. Additional services availed directly at the property will be charged as per actuals.

Each property comes with its own set of house rules. We request you to go through it thoroughly before you book your stay.
Yes! We love your four legged friends. Please look for the pet friendly tag on our property page, some properties may not be equipped to receive love from your pets, yet. Please note that our pet food charges are INR 1750 plus 18% taxes per night - we will be happy to provide chicken, milk, vegetables, eggs, etc. for them. We want to make sure that you and your pet only get the best when you stay with us!
Most of our properties are equipped to handle special guests. We are working towards making all our properties ideal for you. If you have further questions, do ask your stay manager regarding the same.
There are several ways to make a payment for your The Venya reservation. We currently accept the following methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Payment Wallets.
In light of the threat of Covid-19, for All bookings with check-ins upto 31st December 2022, the following policies apply : While our mission is to provide guests with exceptional vacation experiences, we understand that many other important factors might affect your decision to travel right now.
Know that in addition to serving our guests, we represent a network of local communities and homeowners who depend on our consistent and reliable policies. We recognize that the current circumstances have a significant impact on everyone involved. Know that we have taken every step to adopt more flexible policies at this time.
  • For the special policy under COVID-19 , guests are expected to provide a recent COVID-19 positive certificate for any of the registered guests or proof of quarantine/isolation applicability or because of a lockdown imposed by local authorities.
    Regular Policy of amount refunded from Booking Amount Special policy under COVID19 (COVID 19 test certificate required) of amount refunded from Booking Amount :
28 days or more 80% Refund in account or 100% Future credit note
Between 28 days to 7 days 50% Refund in account or 60% Future credit note
Between 7 days to 2 days No Refund
Within 48 Hours prior to check-in time (Check in time 2p.m) No Refund
We continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and intend to provide updates about the policy on the 1st and 15th of each month. If your reservation starts after 31st December 2022, please check back on 15th December 2022 for an update on eligibility.
In case of any refunds that The Venya owes to the guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 14 working days.
Note: In case of cancellation of any booking by the guests for peak dates, 28 days before the check-in date, guests will be given 80% worth of booking value in the form of a future credit note. In all other cases, the booking shall be considered as cancelled in whole and in such case the booking amount is non-refundable, irrespective of the time when the booking is cancelled.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
In case of any cancellation under any policy, convenience charges and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Future Credit Note

  • If you change your trip and the updated reservation costs more than your original one, you’ll be asked to pay the difference
  • A Future Stay Credit expires as per the validity mentioned on the credit note. If you book a trip using the credit, the check-in date must be before the credit’s expiration date.
  • An FCN expires six months from the date of issue, unless The Venya specifies a longer expiration period in writing at the time of issue.
  • You do have to use the credit all at once.
  • You can not combine your future credit with someone else’s.
  • An FCN has a transferable option. So you can transfer the same to anyone after dropping an email on [email protected]
  • If you book a stay using an FCN and subsequently cancel the reservation, our standard cancellation policies apply.
  • Future credit notes issued under regular and special policy under COVID-19 (*) can be used for any The Venya property.

Rescheduling Policy

By Guests:

  • Rescheduling is allowed only upto 14 days in advance post which only cancellation of booking is a possible option and guests would need to make a new booking.
  • Rescheduling charge along with platform fees at the rate of 10% of total booking amount per instance is applicable depending on the request, every time the booking is rescheduled.

By The Venya:

Guests will be provided one of the following options in case of any relocation or cancellation by The Venya :

  • The Venya reserves the right to cancel a booking.
  • Book an alternative comparable available Home.
  • The Venya shall offer future Credit Note (validity of 6 months from date of issuance) of the full amount paid
  • A full refund for the total amount paid.

Other Terms & conditions:

  • GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee.
  • In case of any cancellation at the time of check-in or after the check-in, any refund of the accommodation fee and cleaning fee will be decided and settled as considered appropriate by The Venya.
  • Standard check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am.
  • In case guests wish to avail a further extended checkout or early check-in, charges are applicable depending on the availability of the home
  • It is at the discretion of The Venya, whether to offer early check-in or late check-out.
  • Reservations made on a third-party site (such as booking.com/Airbnb/GoMMT) may be subject to that channel’s terms and conditions if they differ from The Venya. Please check the site where you originally booked your trip.
In most cases, a dedicated concierge /The Venya representative will be present to welcome you. However, we will also send you instructions on how to enter your Venya property, 24 to 72 hours prior to your arrival.
Across all The Venya homes, the standard check-in time is 2 PM and standard check-out time is 11 AM. All requests for early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.
