Additional Rules

• Staff service is included in your stay at the property from 7 AM to 10 PM. Extra hours can be charged at the discretion of the property policy.
• Guests arriving before the subjected check-in and departing after check-out time will be charged accordingly and will be subjected to availability.
• Security deposit must be submitted to the homeowner/ Property Manager prior to the arrival date.
• Additional services such as babysitting, and drivers can be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
• Guests are not allowed to bring pets in the property and on surrounding properties.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the Property. Smoking is only allowed outside on the grounds, where an ashtray can be provided by the property manager.
• Noise must be kept at a reasonable minimum level, especially from 11 PM to 8 AM while guests are sleeping.
• Laundry of personal clothing by a third party can be arranged at the guest’s cost.
• All booking includes Chef Services for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks. All food and beverages purchased on behalf of the guests are charged at a price or cost plus a % surcharge that covers food preparation, transportation, time involved in the shopping and cooking process, and the use of the kitchen.
