Additional Rules

• No Smoking is permitted indoors. Requesting you to smoke outdoors. 
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
• Food will be prepared on prior knowledge at extra cost.
• Consumption or possession of illegal drugs is forbidden
• No guest under the age of 18 years may possess or consume alcohol at any time while on the villa property
• No music should be played outdoors post 10:00 PM . We must keep the noise pollution under control and respect our neighbours. 
• Security deposit to be submitted at the time of check-in.
• Late Check out until 6:00 pm will be charged at 50% of the daily rate(subjected to availability).
• Driver and car is made available by the villa personnel subjecting to prior knowledge at extra cost.
