The master bedroom is facing the sea and provides one direct access to the pool and one access to a private romantic patio with seating furniture and flowers all around. The ensuite bathroom has an Italian shower and all sanitary facilities. The second room is a guest room with a private entrance and a garden view, equipped with two single beds, a bathroom with sanitary facilities, and a shower. The first floor provides two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms equipped with an Italian shower. Both rooms have large terraces including a seating area with sea and mountain views. The outside area has a huge terrace facing an Aegean Garden and facing the sea. It has outside furniture for seating, sunbathing, and enjoying a Greek breakfast. The swimming pool is 9,50x3,5m with 1,70m depth and an outdoor shower with hot water. The pool house is equipped with a summer kitchen including a BBQ, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and a juice squeezer. 10 people can easily fit for lunch or dinner.
