Consumption or possession of illegal drugs is forbidden.

No music should be played outdoors post 10:00 PM IST. We must keep the noise pollution under control and respect our neighbours.

Yes, upto 10 PM Soft music goes better with the vibe here! Guests are requested to keep the volume in check so nobody around is disturbed, especially in the period from 10.00 PM to 8.00 AM.

Your booking is 100% confirmed only after you’ve made the full payment and received an email confirming your stay in response.

Guests will be asked to pay a security deposit at the time of check-in. On the check-out day, post our housekeeping team has verified the property conditions, the security deposit will be refunded once our team is satisfied. Please note that for any damages found, we will be compelled to charge you.

We urge our guests to immediately inform the Property Manager of any defects or faults in the room or possible dissatisfaction with the service. We request our guests to keep the property equipment, furniture, crockery, etc. safe as we will be forced to charge you for any damages caused during your stay. Moreover, rooms left in an uninhabitable state for incoming guests – for example lingering smell from market purchases, excessive mess, acts of vandalism – will be charged at a full night stay and/or reimbursement of loss/cost of replacement.
